Handmade and Personalised Items 

We take great pride in creating handmade, personalised items crafted just for you. Because each product is made to order and customised to your specifications, our refund policy is slightly different from standard retail purchases.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Change of mind: As our products are personalised, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind.

Incorrect details provided: Please double-check all spelling, dates, and customisation details before placing your order. We cannot refund or remake items where incorrect information was supplied by the customer.

After production has started: Once work has begun on your personalised item, cancellations are not possible.

When Refunds or Replacements Are Available

We will happily offer a refund, replacement, or repair if:

The item arrives faulty or damaged.

The product is not as described or differs significantly from what was agreed.

The item does not function as intended (e.g., a personalised lamp that does not light).

In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos and details of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.

Returns Process

If a return is required, we will provide instructions.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once the item is received and inspected.

 Additional Notes

Sale items are covered by the same rights: if faulty, they will be refunded or replaced.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
